Atlas
The photography map.
Every marker on this map is a photograph in the us.photo collection whose location has been verified against its original source — 12 photographs across 10 confirmed areas, from the Grand Canyon to the North Shore of Oahu. Markers show approximate areas, never invented coordinates; photographs whose locations are still unconfirmed stay off the map until they can be verified.
On the map
12 verified photographs in 10 areas — five National Parks, Monument Valley, the Mount Zirkel Wilderness, Oahu's North Shore, New York City and the New Jersey coast.
Not on the map
Photographs captioned "Exact location to be confirmed" remain in the galleries but are excluded here. We add them only when their location can be verified from the source — never by guessing.
